Andrew is responsible for growing the relevance of Canada's leading beer brand, Budweiser, using breakthrough creative and media ideas.
During his time at Labatt, he’s led his team in executing award-winning work, including the CASSIES-winning "Budweiser Fan Brew" campaign in 2013. His work with Metallica Brew and UFC Bud Light Living in 2015 led to a finalist position at the Cannes Lions. He has also continued to add to the awards list for the Budweiser Red Light platform with the Budweiser Goal Synced Glass, which was also named Marketing magazine's story of the year in 2016.
Inspired by the challenge of shaping culture, Andrew has identified the power of influencers in driving brand impact. He oversaw the first-ever alcohol brand partnership for Metallica, and an industry-changing partnership with Wayne Gretzky. In 2017, Budweiser will look to build even more authentic relationships with a new Live Nation partnership, which will include the launch of the Budweiser Stage.
Andrew graduated with honors from the University of Guelph with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, and was recognized annually as an Academic All Canadian student athlete. He was also a recipient of the prestigious Canadian Millennium Scholarship.
