Collier believes that ideas are fast becoming the last sustainable source of competitive advantage, so she has focused on driving innovation and new solutions at OMD. Her efforts have been recognized –OMD was namedstrategy’s Media Agency of the Year for the second straight year.
Collier’s industry contributions include a role on the board of the Canadian Media Directors’ Council, chairing their annual 20/20 Vision conference, and is a frequent arbiter of media innovation – she’s judged Media Lions at Cannes, co-chaired the Media Innovation Awards and chairs the Canadian Young Media Lions competition. Collier also sits on the Canadian Cannes board, helping to inspire the Canadian media community to be recognized at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
