As Vice-President of Bell Media Productions, Nanci MacLean is responsible for all phases of in-house production at Bell Media’s roster of conventional and specialty channels. In this role since 2011 before becoming Vice-President in 2013, MacLean oversees day-to-day operations with more than 300 employees.

Spearheading an internal development portfolio, MacLean is responsible for three pilot projects yearly. Most recently, this has resulted in the launch of CTV’s all-new, recently renewed, one-hour daytime talk series The Social which premiered in September 2013. Also under her direction are original in-house programs ETalk, The Marilyn Denis Show, Movie Night, Video On Trial, After Degrassi, and Innerspace.

MacLean joined CTV in 2000, quickly working her way from Petty Cash Clerk to Executive Director of the CTV Production unit before being appointed to her current post. She is the recipient of a coveted Bravo Award, recognizing her contributions to the success of Bell Media’s parent company, Bell.
