Alexandra Panousis is best known for her expertise in building ideas into marketing solutions for her clients.  With almost two decades of experience in media, sales, marketing and creative agencies, Alexandra is focused on elevating the role of communication planning influenced by consumer behaviour and innovation.  She has been the President of Starcom Media since 2010, and has seen the agency double its size, becoming one of the most awarded in the market.  As a proud member of Starcom’s Global Product Committee, her passion for media creativity and new solutions is evident. Known as a change agent, Alexandra sits on the Canadian Media Directors Council and is a sought after judge for many Canadian and International Media juries.
